Questions
Do I need to give you my TikTok password?
No. You never need to give us your password. We only need the link to the profile, post or video you want to grow.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on the service you choose. Each service shows its average delivery time from our past orders once it has some, so you can compare before you order.
What happens if my order isn't fully delivered?
The undelivered part goes back to your 9socials wallet automatically, rounded up to the nearest naira. You'll see it in your wallet history.
How do I add money to my wallet?
Tap Add money in your dashboard and pay by card or bank transfer on our payment partner's secure page. Your wallet updates as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Is there a subscription?
No. There's no monthly fee. You only pay when you place an order.
Can I cancel an order?
Orders start straight away, so they can't be cancelled once placed. If a service can't deliver, anything not delivered comes back to your wallet automatically.
What does refill mean?
Some services include a refill period, like 30 days. If the count drops during that time, you can ask for a refill from your order page.
