Terms of Use

1. Who can use 9socials

• You must be 18 or older. You confirm this when you create your account.
• Keep your log-in details private. You're responsible for what happens in your account.

2. What you can order for

• Only order for accounts and posts you own or are allowed to promote.
• Don't use 9socials to promote anything illegal, hateful, misleading or harmful. We may refuse or stop any order.

3. Orders

• Each service's name says what it delivers, including any refill period.
• We deliver to the public link or username you give us. Make sure it's correct and stays public until the order finishes.
• You see the exact price before you pay. The price at the moment you order is the price you pay.
• Delivery times are estimates. The average times we show come from our own past orders.
• Social platforms make their own rules and can remove some engagement at any time. We can't control that, and we don't promise any particular result, reach or sales.
• Once an order has started, it can't be cancelled or changed.

4. Your wallet

• Money you add to your wallet is in naira and is used to pay for orders. It isn't a bank account and doesn't earn interest.
• Wallet money doesn't expire, and it can't normally be withdrawn as cash. If you paid by mistake or were charged twice, contact us and we'll sort it out.
• If you delete your account, money left in your wallet is lost and isn't refunded. We show you the amount and ask you to confirm first.
• Payments are handled by our payment partner, Bachs. We never see your card number.

5. Rewards

• Levels, discounts, points and invite bonuses are extras we offer and may change. Points and bonuses have no cash value outside 9socials.
• Creating extra accounts or fake invites to collect rewards isn't allowed. We may remove rewards gained this way.

6. Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page, once your running orders have finished. We may close an account that breaks these terms, tries to cheat the system or reverses a payment it made. If we close your account without a good reason, we'll return the money left in your wallet.

7. Our responsibility

If something goes wrong with an order, the most we'll pay back is what you paid for that order. We aren't responsible for losses caused by social platforms, your link being wrong or private, or things outside our control.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. The version on this page when you order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
